Safety and comfort are so important in the work we do together. I am working with the majority of my psychotherapy clients online/Zoom at this time. I am seeing some clients in person in my NYC office.

Movement Classes and Events

Therapeutic Dance Classes are held Tuesdays @ 12:30pm via Zoom. Join a class.

Dance Yourself Free is held the first Sunday of every month (please contact me when a holiday falls on the first Sunday). 10:30am - 12:00pm ET via Zoom. Join a Dance Yourself Free.

The class I share with Jayne Mielo is held Saturday mornings in Stone Ridge, NY (in person). Please email me (lorilynnmeader@gmail.com) for details.
